My Story
Hello lovely! My name is Hanna Foster and I am a foodie, a fitness lover, obsessed with elephants, a proud Hufflepuff (if you don't get it - I can't help you), and I am so excited that you're here!
I have my BA in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology from a small liberal arts college in Indiana. I also have my Precision Nutrition 1 certification and will be sitting for my CSCS certifaction in a few months! During the week I work for a corporate wellness, obesity management company and on the weekends I work at a local gym. My "free" time is mostly filled with cooking, laundry, and working out - however, I love to spend time outside, traveling the world and the United States, being at concerts or broadway shows, and spending time with family and friends.

My belief in you
I believe that we all can get where we want to be with a little bit of knowledge and a whole lot of grit. This doesn't mean that I think that all you need is to work hard to get what you want. You need to have the perseverance to find the answers to why you're here. Did an old HS sports injury heal incorrectly? Do you have food intolerances? Are your hormones out of whack?
You need to not give up on yourself and find out the reasons that you're in a space you don't want to be in. Then you educate yourself and execute a plan to get you to where you want to be.
I am here to empower you. Give you the knowledge that you need, the tools to plan, and encouragement along the way. I'm not here to kiss your ass, I'm here to hold you accountable. To hold you accountable to yourself, your goals, and your values.
my fitness mission statement
Being healthy is choosing to be the kind of person that takes action --- I choose to stop saying tomorrow.
Being healthy is choosing to commit --- I choose to keep my promises to myself.
Being healthy is choosing to be uncomfortable --- I choose to push myself outside of my comfort zones.
Being healthy is choosing to love yourself --- I choose to spend time for myself. I choose to spend time on my physical and mental health each day.
Being healthy is choosing to fuel your body, mind and soul --- I choose to eat foods that are nutritious and delicious, to always keep learning, and to surround myself with a support system.
Being healthy is choosing to persevere --- I choose to not give up and to continue to challenge myself.
Being healthy is realizing that if there is no grit - there is no pearl.
